• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform

• Camera → for AR-based experiences

You can revoke permissions at any time via device settings, but this may limit functionality.

All content, software, designs, models, and technology used in UniView are the exclusive property of BreaktroughF1 LLP. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service
• Use branding or assets without explicit permission

If paid features are introduced:

• Payments will be processed via authorized payment providers (e.g., Google Play)
• Subscription terms, billing cycles, and pricing will be clearly disclosed
• Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy

UniView may integrate with third-party services (e.g., maps, analytics). We are not responsible for:

• Third-party data handling
• Service interruptions caused by third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• UniView is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This includes:

• Navigation inaccuracies
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• There is suspected misuse or security risk

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon account deletion:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kannur, Kerala.
